Site Lead - Intermediate FA B.C.

We are seeking a Site Lead to join our team at an Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 site in Richmond. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

$26.50/hour

• Coordinate daily security operations between assigned security personnel.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and site‑specific training of new security personnel.
• Review and update post orders annually, and as required to reflect changes in client requirements, site operations, security risks, or regulatory obligations.
• Provide guidance and support to security personnel regarding post orders, procedures, and service expectations.
• Coordinate site spare personnel and assist with maintaining staffing continuity.
• Manage shift schedules, vacation requests, shift trades, and time‑off requests in coordination with management.
• Ensure shift‑to‑shift communication and operational continuity.
• Review reports, logs, and documentation for completeness and consistency.
• Monitor service delivery standards and procedural compliance.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day liaison with designated client representatives.
• Provide operational direction and coordination during incidents, emergencies, and escalations.
• Escalate staffing concerns, operational issues, security incidents, or service‑related matters to management as required.
• Conduct security guard duties as per the post orders.

• Valid BC Security License.
• Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 certification.
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
