Security Site Lead First Aid Focus

Step into a Site Lead role at our Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 site in Richmond. Your responsibilities will prioritize client safety and service in a security leadership capacity.

This position involves overseeing security operations while assisting with staff training and ensuring adherence to safety standards. You will be responsible for managing shift schedules and ensuring operational continuity. Collaborating with client representatives and navigating emergencies will also be essential to your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily security operations with a focus on compliance

• Conduct training and onboarding for new security personnel

• Ensure effective review and update of post orders

• Maintain communication standards across shifts

• Manage incidents and escalate issues appropriately

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid BC Security License

• Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 certification required

• Prior experience with CCTV and access control

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of security operation best practices
