Position: Loss Prevention Supervisor Role at SportChek
Take charge of Loss Prevention as a Supervisor ve team awareness of security protocols and ensure customer satisfaction in a retail environment.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the execution of Loss Prevention programs and collaborate closely with store management. Your experience in training and mentoring will enhance the team's ability to combat internal and external losses. Engage customers while securing products and maintaining store integrity during high-traffic hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Loss Prevention initiatives on the sales floor

• Mentor associates on LP acknowledgment duties

• Ensure compliance with LP tagging and security protocols

• Document incidents and collaborate with the Regional LP Manager

• Support a secure and welcoming store environment

Requirements:

• 6+ months retail experience considered an asset

• At least 12 months as a Loss Prevention Officer

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs

• Provincial Security Guard License is a plus

• Computer skills are a valuable asset
