In this dynamic role within the Loss Prevention Department, you will conduct remote surveillance of company locations and respond to various incidents. The Response Centre Specialist acts as a critical communication link, ensuring thorough documentation and collaboration with stakeholders for effective prevention strategies. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, given the 24/7 nature of the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor locations and respond to loss incidents
• Provide dispatch support to emergency services
• Assist internal partners with urgent needs
• Compile incident reports and ensure legal compliance
• Conduct compliance audits and interviews
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid security worker license
• First Aid and WHMIS certifications required
• Knowledge of security technologies necessary
• Experience in retail loss prevention preferred
• Background in criminology or emergency management is a plus
