Part-Time Security Guard - OFA Certified

Join Karas Security as a certified OFA Level 3 Security Guard and support Glen Group’s dedicated safety team. This part-time role focuses on incident response and site safety.

Your responsibilities will involve monitoring and patrolling assigned sites, managing visitor access, and conducting incident responses. Accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols are paramount. This role requires the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure while providing excellent communication with team members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor security of assigned sites

• Ensure the safety of personnel and property

• Control access and maintain accurate logs

• Regularly conduct CCTV monitoring

• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security Worker License (BST)

• Availability for part-time rotating shifts

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Capability to lift over 15 lbs and endure long periods of standing

• Proficient in English communication skills
