Become a Military Range Safety Specialist with Green Cell Consulting located in Bridgeport, CA. This on-site role requires immediate hiring to enhance safety and operational readiness during military training.
As a full-time specialist, you'll report to the Site Lead and will ensure that military training operations comply with safety standards. Your experience will aid in conducting safety reviews, inspections, and incident reporting through RFMSS tools. Additionally, you’ll provide vital feedback on training facility usage to foster continuous safety improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review installation range SOP updates and recommend changes
• Conduct operational risk management assessments
• Monitor training events to enforce safety measures
• Submit detailed range incident reports as required
• Conduct safety briefings for training units
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of range safety experience
• Strong communication capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability for varying shifts and outdoor work
