In this position, you will lead security audits, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate training aligned with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform security audits and facility assessments

• Report on compliance issues and develop improvement plans

• Coordinate inspections with Transport Canada and others

• Monitor performance of screening operations during visits

• Facilitate Aviation Security training sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent mandatory

• Five years of experience in regulated security roles

• Familiarity with security systems essential

• Cargo screening experience preferred

• Must travel frequently (30-50%)
