CF Centre Security Manager

In your role as the Manager of Security & Life Safety, you'll be pivotal in providing strategic oversight for security operations at one of Canada's prominent shopping centres. Responsible for managing vendor relations, compliance to best practices, and crisis management, you’ll work to maintain a secure environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day security and life safety operations

• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA)

• Oversee the implementation of security technologies

• Validate and process security-related invoicing

• Lead educational programs for tenants on safety protocols

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant security experience in leadership

• Preferred certifications in security management

• Deep understanding of fire safety and building codes

• Proven experience with budget management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
