Position: Youth Worker at 360°kids Hill
Engage with at-risk youth at 360°kids in Richmond Hill, Ontario. As a Youth Worker, you'll provide essential support and life skills training in a positive, safe environment.

360°kids is a prominent organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of marginalized youth in York Region. In this Youth Worker role, you will ensure youth receive resources, guidance, and advocacy while fostering a supportive community. Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership and mentoring skills to empower at-risk youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide youth with community resources and advocacy services

• Teach and develop life skills through individual and group sessions

• Liaise with community partners, schools, and parents

• Maintain positive relationships with community members and agencies

• Support youth in housing assessments and referrals

Requirements:

• Post-secondary qualification in Child/Youth related field

• At least three years’ experience working with at-risk youth

• Minimum one year in a supervisory role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Current First Aid/CPR certification required
