Position: Program Staff for Mental Health Support
Join Pathways Clubhouse as a Program Staff, focusing on meal coordination and social programming for adults in Richmond, BC. Engage daily with members, enhancing their well-being through collaborative support.

This full-time position involves 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, in our nurturing community setting. As part of the Food & Fun Unit, you will prepare meals and facilitate recreational activities, helping members engage in meaningful work. Applicants should possess education in social services or related fields, along with experience working with mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare daily meals for members

• Facilitate engaging social and recreational programming

• Participate actively in kitchen operations and Clubhouse activities

• Support various Clubhouse programs as needed

• Ensure compliance with Clubhouse Standards

Requirements:

• Education in social services or equivalent experience

• Experience with individuals facing mental health challenges

• Valid BC Class 5 or 7 N driver's license

• Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 1 certification

• Successful Criminal Record Check completion
