Position: Program Staff at Pathways Clubhouse
Become a Program Staff member at Pathways Clubhouse in Richmond, BC, focusing on daily meal prep and engaging programming. Contribute to a supportive environment for adults facing mental health challenges.

In this full-time role, you will report to the Program Manager, Food & Fun Unit, and collaborate closely with members. Your focus will be on preparing meals and facilitating social and recreational programming, actively participating in kitchen operations. You'll also be involved in various Clubhouse programs, ensuring a meaningful experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily meal preparation and kitchen operations

• Facilitate social and recreational programming for members

• Collaborate with colleagues and members daily

• Participate in additional Clubhouse programs as needed

• Uphold Clubhouse Standards in all interactions

Requirements:

• Education in social services or mental health

• Experience with mental health challenges

• Valid BC driver’s license and vehicle operation

• Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification

• Criminal Record Check completion
