Position: Community Inclusion Worker with PCCR
Empower lives as a Community Inclusion Worker at Pacific Coast Community Resources (PCCR), supporting individuals to achieve their personal and social goals in the community. At PCCR, you will drive independence and foster dignity in everyday living.

In this fulfilling role, you will assist individuals in navigating personal and vocational opportunities while ensuring their rights are respected. You'll develop and implement Individual Service Plans, advocate for community participation, and cultivate positive relationships with families and professionals. Utilize your skills in behavior management and mental health to make a difference in the lives of those you support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for rights and choices of supported individuals

• Facilitate community engagement in social and vocational activities

• Build strong relationships with families and professionals

• Implement and document Individual Service Plans

• Manage personal health information and daily activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social services

• Community Support Worker Diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of behavior management principles

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Valid BC Class 4 license preferred

Contribute to the well-being of individuals with disabilities and support their community integration at PCCR.
