This role is essential for empowering adults with developmental disabilities. You will create an inclusive environment while assisting with daily living activities, participating in individualized goal plans, and leading social and recreational programs. Additionally, you will provide outreach services that foster community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to a welcoming program atmosphere
• Support participants with daily living activities
• Implement and monitor individualized goal plans
• Lead inclusive programs for diverse abilities
• Facilitate on-site and community outreach activities
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in relevant field
• 1-2 years experience with individuals with disabilities
• Class 5 Driver’s License for work transport
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Non-violent Crisis Intervention Certification
