We are seeking compassionate individuals to work as Full-Time and Part-Time Child Care Workers at Hollyburn Family Services. This role involves working closely with youth who have diverse support needs. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring the health and well-being of residents through trauma-informed practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assessments and develop behavior support plans

• Maintain documentation and progress reports accurately

• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs

• Facilitate recreational and educational activities

• Drive residents to appointments and community events

Requirements:

• Minimum two-year diploma in relevant field

• Experience with individuals facing behavioral challenges

• First Aid and CPR certifications required

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License necessary

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption
