As a Child Care Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of residents in the program home. We are looking for individuals who are experienced and compassionate, ready to implement behavior support plans while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Your role will involve facilitating skills development and actively engaging in community support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate behavior support plans for residents

• Maintain required documentation and reports

• Prepare planned meals while considering dietary restrictions

• Organize and facilitate recreational activities for youth

• Transport individuals to necessary appointments and engagements

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent experience

• Experience with behavioral and attachment challenges required

• First Aid and CPR required, training available

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License needed

• Must provide COVID-19 vaccination record or exemption
