Key Responsibilities:

• Provide social/emotional support for individual or groups of students

• Develop and implement support plans collaboratively with teachers

• Maintain ongoing communication with teachers and stakeholders

• Recognize and respond appropriately to potential crisis situations

• Keep accurate records and files as directed

Requirements:

• Degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or Psychology

• Two or more years of experience with adolescents in a school setting

• Knowledge of social, emotional, and behavioral adolescent issues

• Ability to work with community agencies and Ministries

• Strong communication and organizational skills
