The Richmond School District is seeking a Software Developer and Database Administrator who will lead the design, programming, and maintenance of software systems. With a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, candidates are expected to have working knowledge of various programming languages and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and support custom software applications
• Manage databases to ensure data integrity and security
• Collaborate with educational staff and external agencies
• Prepare documentation for technology projects
• Update technical skills in line with industry advancements
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education plus a relevant diploma
• 7 years experience in software development
• Microsoft certifications preferred
• Strong SQL and cloud technology expertise
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
