As a Senior Staff Embedded Firmware Engineer, you will influence firmware strategy and lead the development of next-gen products. Your expertise will define architecture, drive technical initiatives, and address complex system-level challenges. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless user experience across Arlo's diverse product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design of reusable, scalable firmware platforms

• Drive evaluation and selection of new technologies

• Architect high-performance real-time software solutions

• Establish best practices and optimize firmware performance

• Mentor engineering staff in architecture and best practices
Requirements:

• 15+ years in embedded firmware with connected devices

• Demonstrated leadership in multiple product life cycles

• Expert in RTOS and Embedded Linux

• Extensive experience in multimedia system design

• Strong debugging skills across hardware/software interactions
