Join a team that develops advanced machine vision cameras and image-acquisition solutions used in automation, inspection, robotics, and intelligent transportation applications. As Software Test Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of host software, embedded firmware, and FPGA-based systems across a diverse product portfolio.
This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality, test automation, and building high-performing engineering teams. What you'll do- Leadandmentorateamofsoftwaretestengineers,providingtechnicalguidanceandcoaching.

- Drivedevelopmentofautomatedtestframeworksusing Py Test ,GTest,andrelatedtools.
- Establishscalablevalidationarchitecturesforsoftware,firmware,andFPGA-based products.
- Partnerwithsoftware,firmware,andhardwareteamstoimproveproducttestability.
- Coordinatevalidationactivitiesacrossmultipleengineeringsites.
- Implementautomatedworkflowstoreproduceandanalyzecustomer-reported issues.
- Trackqualitymetrics,defects,andreleasereadiness.
- PromoteAI-assistedtoolsfortestdevelopment,code review,and documentation.
- Championaquality-focusedcultureandcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.
- Required: Strong leadership,communication,andorganizationalskills.
- Required: Expertise in
