All vehicle couriers at Novex are classified as Owner/Operator drivers. This means that each driver is responsible for providing their own vehicle, vehicle maintenance, and other insurance/certifications. However, Novex offers its drivers a variety of incentives and benefits.

• A 2012 or newer vehicle (preference given to hybrids and compact cargo vans).
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the Lower Mainland.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• A valid BC Drivers’ License.
• ICBC Class 13 (Delivery Use) insurance with minimum $5,000,000 Third Party Liability.
• Work Safe BC – Personal Optional Protection.
• Undergo a Canadian Criminal Record Check (will be requested after offer and completed prior to starting work).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Full time hours, Monday to Friday (7:30am – 5:30pm) with some supplemental evening and weekend work available.
• Higher than industry average commission.
• Start from home, finish at home – no need to start at our office.
