First Student is seeking a safety-focused Driver Trainer to develop new and existing drivers. This role is ideal for an experienced school bus driver who enjoys mentoring and building the next generation of professionals. Your key tasks will include teaching both classroom-focused sessions and practical on-road training, which fosters a safe driving culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training for new school bus drivers

• Provide refresher and remedial training as needed

• Support the onboarding and training of driver candidates

• Coach drivers on safe driving practices

• Evaluate and maintain accurate training records

Requirements:

• Valid Class B license with appropriate endorsements

• Minimum 3 years school bus driving experience

• Clean driver abstract for past three years
