As an integral part of the team, you will report to the Branch Manager and oversee all aspects of Ocean Export operations. You’ll leverage your strong understanding of export documentation, shipment management, and carrier communications to ensure a smooth freight process. Your organizational skills will drive operational excellence in a key logistics role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Ocean Export and Import shipments effectively

• Communicate with customers and carriers for timely updates

• Prepare necessary documentation for international shipping

• Issue invoices and manage shipment records diligently

• Negotiate with carriers for optimal rates

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of freight forwarding experience in Canada

• Detailed knowledge of Ocean Export operations and documentation

• Familiarity with international trade and customs processes

• Proficient in freight forwarding software

• Strong communication and customer service skills
