As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of Acuren's warehouse operations. Responsibilities include preparing shipment documents, verifying incoming goods, and managing inventory organization. This position requires hands-on work with tools and strong problem-solving abilities to navigate tight deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare bills of lading and shipping documents
• Schedule pickups by contacting couriers
• Unpack and organize incoming goods appropriately
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
• Log daily activities and goods movement
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Valid forklift operation ticket and Class 5 driver's license
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and adapt to changes
