Customer-Focused Line Attendant

Become a vital part of AtkinsRéalis as a Canada Line Attendant in Richmond, BC. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure safety for all passengers while operating trains in manual mode.

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a dedicated Canada Line Attendant to join its Operations and Maintenance division. This role involves providing excellence in service, monitoring passenger safety, and troubleshooting train issues. You will actively participate in company training and become certified in Canada Line Rail Operating Rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level customer service to passengers

• Monitor passenger volume and implement crowd management

• Troubleshoot train faults and mitigate issues

• Operate trains in manual mode with compliance

• Assist with lost property retrieval and first aid

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 5+ years in high-volume customer service

• Valid BC class 5 driver’s license

• Experience in public transportation preferred

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends
