Responsibilities
  • Efficiently perform all maintenance activities for commercial aircraft on request in the hangar and on the ramp.
  • Ensure that all aircraft documentation is duly completed.
  • Ensure that each component installed on aircraft is certified.
  • Carry out the tasks and responsibilities described in the Maintenance Service Control Manual and ensure compliance with Transport Canada standard regulations.
  • Attend training courses as assigned by management.
  • Comply with the SMS policy (Safety Management System).
  • Maintain and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Assist with other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Valid Transport Canada M2 category licence.
  • Minimum five (5) years of previous experience.
  • Experience with private aircraft is an asset.
  • Holding a Bombardier type rating and/or an FAA A&P licence is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
Education

Diploma in aircraft maintenance technician program or equivalent.
