In this vital position, you will guide Flight Attendants and ensure that operational goals are met while maintaining safety standards. The Crew Manager is responsible for ongoing assessments of crew performance, addressing passenger concerns, and supporting corporate policies and procedures. This role allows you to make a real difference in the cabin experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a focus on safety and compliance standards
• Conduct performance assessments of flight personnel
• Provide support for corporate protocol adherence among crew
• Resolve passenger complaints in collaboration with cabin staff
• Monitor and report on operational delays and service issues
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of Flight Attendant experience
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences
• Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
