Vancouver Airport Air Traffic Controller

NAV CANADA is inviting applications for three Airport/Aerodrome Air Traffic Controllers at our Vancouver Tower in Richmond, BC. You'll have the opportunity to manage air traffic operations for a wide range of airlines and aircraft types. This position involves maintaining a safe and orderly flow of air traffic, overseeing instruction, and ensuring safety both in the air and on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue clearances and maintain aircraft separation

• Control takeoff and landing operations effectively

• Supervise ground movements on runways and taxiways

• Work out of the Vancouver Tower with a diverse team

• Coordinate traffic involving various aircraft sizes

Requirements:

• Experience in airport/aerodrome air traffic control

• Strong decisive communication skills
