As a Machine Operator 1, you will engage in the operation, maintenance, and repair of railway inspection equipment with guidance. Emphasis will be placed on conducting safety briefings, documenting inspections, and reporting on equipment conditions. Your technical prowess in handling machinery and attentive approach will be integral to railway operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain rail maintenance machinery

• Conduct inspections and identify operational issues

• Lead safety briefings and communicate equipment conditions

• Prepare daily reports and administrative documentation

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs as instructed

Requirements:

• 3+ months of internal experience with Loram equipment

• 2+ years of demonstrated technical skills

• Valid Driver’s License and railroad certifications

• Strong computer skills and understanding of data systems

• Willingness to travel extensively for service needs
