Sorter PM - LTL; x2 positions

Shift: Monday to Friday, 10pm to 2am, 20 hours per week

Pay Rate: $23.63/hour

Location: 3700 Jericho Rd, Richmond, BC

The PM Sorter sorts and separates freight by destination, weight, size, and shape to meet client delivery schedules.

• Unload freight from curbside trucks onto the conveyor and from conveyor into curbside trucks
• Unload freight off conveyor or chute for load‑out
• Load freight into linehaul / cube truck or trailer
• Preload mail and packages into curbside delivery vehicles
• Manually transfer bulk or non-conveyable items
• Scan all shipped or received mail or packages to identify improperly sorted packaged mail or packages and mail marked for priority or weekend delivery
• Other duties as assigned

• Forklift license or experience an asset
• Successful completion of the forklift training course

• Distribution Centers experience

• Physical strength – lifting/lowering up to 70 pounds

Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders.
