Operations Supervisor in Aviation Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key liaison between AGI Ramp Operations and airline OCC

• Oversee flight operations and quickly allocate Ground Support Equipment

• Prepare recovery plans for weather or operational disruptions

• Track performance metrics and conduct delay analysis

• Instill a strong safety culture through audits and compliance checks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years in aviation ground handling preferred

• Proficient in computer skills and airline operation software

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities under pressure

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED

• Capability to lift heavy items and work outdoors in various conditions
