Logistics and Shipping Coordinator

In your role, reporting to the Shipping & Warehouse Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of shipping and logistics, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Your duties will include processing traffic, inspecting outbound loads, and handling critical data entry tasks. A certification in Dangerous Goods is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and record all onsite shipping traffic

• Scale inbound freight for accurate processing

• Inspect and seal outbound US loads thoroughly

• Perform data entry and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare documentation for all shipments dispatched

Requirements:

• High school diploma with relevant software training

• Knowledge of shipping procedures and laws

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management capabilities

• Dangerous Goods certification is mandatory
