Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including dispatcher duties for vehicle logistics and assisting the Transport Supervisor. You'll work to maintain high accuracy levels in record-keeping and provide team support in a busy setting. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch drivers efficiently within the transportation department
• Ensure accurate vehicle movement and paperwork
• Enter and manage data in transportation systems
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain service quality
• Support scheduling for transport drivers
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years in dispatch or logistics
• Tech-savvy and full proficiency in Google Suite
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
