As a Ramp Services Agent, you'll provide under-wing ground support to enhance the flight experience for passengers. Your responsibilities will include marshaling aircraft arrivals, unloading luggage and cargo, and delivering passenger items to their designated areas. This position operates within a unionized environment, adhering to collective agreements and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures
• Unload baggage, cargo, and specialized items
• Drive ground support equipment like tow tractors and baggage tugs
• Service aircraft water and lavatories as needed
• Inspect ramp areas for safety and debris removal
Requirements:
• Previous ramp experience preferred
• Valid driver's license (7N and higher)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to lift objects up to 70 pounds
• Must work flexible shifts in all weather
