Start early at UPS Sunrise Ramp, handling packages through scanning, sorting, loading, and unloading. This permanent Vancouver assignment runs Tuesday through Saturday.
As a Ramp Agent, you will support UPS package operations during scheduled 0330 to 0830 shifts. Duties include shipping, receiving, stocking, and handling packages for trailers or package cars. The position may require heavy machinery and other assigned tasks. UPS lists a starting hourly rate of $18.50 for this permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle packages according to UPS methods
- Scan and sort packages for ramp operations
- Load trailers or package cars with UPS packages
- Unload trailers or package cars safely
- Ship, receive, and stock packages as assigned
- Availability Tuesday through Saturday from 0330 to 0830
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds or 32 kilograms
- Ability to read and memorize postal codes
- Flexible shift availability up to five days weekly
- YVR RAIC and DA eligibility required
