• Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Sort, scan, and label packages using handheld devices and warehouse systems
• Load and unload products from carts, pallets, and conveyor belts

• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and productivity targets
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
• Report any equipment issues, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching
• Capability to lift packages up to company‑specified weight limits
• Basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order handling
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines

• No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, retail, or manufacturing is an advantage but not mandatory
