Leader in Warehouse Operations

Take on a critical leadership role as Warehouse Manager at Greenfield Produce Ltd. in Richmond, BC. This position emphasizes operational management and team development in a dynamic setting.

Reporting to the President, the Warehouse Manager holds full responsibility for operational performance in the distribution facility. You'll coordinate daily warehouse activities, manage logistics, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and ensure efficient order handling

• Handle logistics to retail locations and outside sales

• Monitor total accuracy and address discrepancies proactively

• Evaluate and maintain warehouse equipment and supplies

• Foster a culture of safety and responsible practices amongst staff

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience

• Valid BC forklift and driver's license essential

• Familiarity with food safety protocols preferred

• Comfort with budgeting and operational metrics

• Proven track record in both accountability and communication
