Part-time Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist

Role Overview

At Kuehne+Nagel, a Warehouse & Packaging Handling role ensures that every product is stored carefully and packaged with precision to prevent damage during transit. You play a critical role in ensuring products such as food, sporting goods, toys, medical devices and more arrive in perfect condition, contributing to the ordinary and special moments in people’s lives.

• Follow standard warehouse practices and work instructions to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy.
• Document and identify all discrepancies to the Team Lead.
• Accurately complete routine documentation such as check‑in sheets for export/import, manifests, MHE inspections, and other documents related to warehouse operations.
• Perform a variety of physically demanding general labor duties according to standard work instructions, such as manually loading and unloading goods from a trailer and loading an x‑ray machine with unsecured cargo.
• Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in executing standard warehousing processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, checking and loading customer orders and products.
• Comply with GMP requirements as applicable to ensure that all quality and regulatory requirements of Transport Canada and other authorities and client requirements are met.
• Operate a variety of equipment used in a traditional warehouse environment, including scanners, computers, scales, pallet jacks and a variety of motorized material handling equipment.
• Follow all company safety, security and housekeeping protocols. Respect customer and company property and equipment.
• Be proactive in accident & incident prevention and promptly and accurately fill out required reports when needed.
• Maintain an acceptable availability for work record (absenteeism and lateness).
• Other duties as assigned.

This role is for the duration of June–September 2026. Shifts will be assigned accordingly. The opening is for the night shift: 10 pm–7 am or 12 am–9 am.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse (Shipping/Receiving) and forklift experience.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting with no accommodations (up to 50 lbs).
• Availability to work periodic overtime and a variety of shifts to meet operational requirements.
• Comfortable working in a temperature‑controlled environment (–2 °C to +12 °C) for extended periods.

The target wage for this position is $19 – $20.50 per hour. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
