Summary
The warehouse associate's responsibility is to pull materials for orders, assemble and pack them for delivery. Coordinate with Logistics and update the MRP system. They are responsible to maintain and document equipment, supervise incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock records to ensure availability of items.

Job Duties
Use the SDCB forklift to load, unload, identify materials, machinery and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations according to warehouse plans and specifications.
Coordinate with stakeholders such as sales, logistics and attached departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
Perform all work to organizational standards to ensure the warehouse is in an orderly manner.
Inventory, both cycle and annual inventory counts.
Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
2-3 years experience required with warehouse, logistics and inventory environments.
2-3 years with an MRP system and have experience in a computerized environment.
3+ years Sited-Down Counterbalance Forklift Experience.
Must speak, read and write English.
Must be legally entitled to work in BC for any employer.
Self-starter.
Strong time management and customer service skills.
Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Follow all warehouse safety rules.
Ability to work independently, as well as being a strong team player.
Have a good safety record and good attendance.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Commitment to accuracy and detail oriented.
Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly flexible, with good interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Work Conditions
Full-time, Monday to Friday morning/days availability.
Ability to walk, drive, stand, bend, and reach for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, push, pull at least 50lbs continuously throughout the day.
Fast paced work environment with quickly changing priorities.
Overtime as required.
May have to go to other locations in Richmond to assist.
All interviews will be in person during normal working hours.
Successful candidate will need to pass a Criminal Record Search prior to starting.
