Commercial Logistics Inc. is hiring a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead afternoon shift operations at our Richmond facility. This is a stable, full-time leadership role for someone who can keep warehouse activity, transportation priorities, people, freight, equipment, and daily workflow moving in the right direction.

This hybrid role sits at the centre of our warehouse and transportation operation. You will support frontline teams, coordinate day-to-day activity, and help ensure our Direct Store Delivery operation runs safely, accurately, and efficiently. About the Role

As Shift Supervisor, you will oversee afternoon shift activity across both warehouse and transportation functions. You will coordinate labour, workflow, equipment, dispatch priorities, and issue resolution to ensure orders are picked, loaded, dispatched, and completed on time.

This is an active leadership role. You will be present on the floor, engaged with employees, connected with dispatch activity, and ready to make decisions as priorities shift. The right person will bring a balance of organization, urgency, sound judgment, and strong communication.

What You’ll Lead

You will be responsible for keeping daily operations organized and moving, including:

Coordinating warehouse workflow, labour allocation, outbound loads, and load accuracy

Supporting dispatch activity, route execution, yard checks, and equipment tracking

Resolving operational issues such as delays, missed appointments, breakdowns, discrepancies, and shifting priorities

Providing clear direction, coaching, and support to frontline employees

Monitoring daily performance and helping maintain safe, consistent, and efficient operating practices

Working with operations leadership to support process improvements, system changes, and service expectations
