Your responsibilities include directing seasonal and year-round employees, managing equipment conditions, and supervising FSQA performance. Additionally, you will coordinate with grower-owners for optimal fruit receiving services while taking charge in the station manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead seasonal and year-round receiving station employees

• Ensure safe and efficient operations to meet targets

• Develop and report on key operating measures

• Administer A/P and oversee monthly reporting

• Coordinate off-season maintenance and grower services

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in receiving operations

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Mechanical skills and computer knowledge
