Join Purolator in Richmond, BC as a PM Sorter responsible for sorting and preparing freight. This part-time role offers a critical support function to optimize delivery schedules.

Scheduled from 10 PM to 2 AM, you will handle various freight tasks including unloading trucks and scanning packages. Your expertise in sorting will enhance delivery accuracy. Experience in a distribution center is preferred, and a forklift license is a plus, ensuring a supportive workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort freight by destination and size effectively

• Unload freight from trucks and onto conveyers

• Load packages into delivery vehicles for curbside delivery

• Scan packages to identify sorting issues

• Manage manual transfer of bulk items

Requirements:

• Forklift license or prior experience an asset

• Completion of forklift training required

• Distribution center experience preferred

• Ability to lift 70 pounds physically

• Strong English communication skills
