Job Description   As a Union
- Operations Associate
- Cutting, you are responsible for accurately performing assigned warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as housekeeping of assigned areas. You will comply with operational, audit, safety and all other company policies. You will operate warehouse equipment including power equipment. Possesses a required understanding of job tasks assigned.

A Day in The Life of an Operations Associate   As an Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be focused on cutting in addition to accurately performing assigned warehouse tasks such as packing, shipping and light assembly in assigned areas.

* This is a unionized position
Perform verification of returns and enter order receipts into computer system
Perform quality assurance inspections
Place received material into proper storage locations
Utilize available computer equipment to stage and put away material
Fill out log sheets for materials

Education & Experience     High school degree or equivalent preferred
Hand tool experience required
1 year of warehouse operations preferred
Skills & Requirements     Basic computer skills
Basic problem-solving skills
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation Details: $25.91 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
