Full-Time Order Picker

As an Order Picker at Spicers, you will report directly to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager. This role requires a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in order picking, and you must possess valid forklift and other equipment certifications. You will verify product orders, organize pick sheets, and assist team members while ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize pick sheets for efficient order retrieval

• Verify product against pick sheet and retrieve orders

• Wrap and build stock safely on pallets

• Communicate shortages and discrepancies promptly

• Carry out daily safety checks on equipment

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years’ experience in order picking

• Valid forklift and electric walkie certifications

• Basic knowledge of paper products

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights
