Unloading​/Loading Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Loading and Unloading Associate to join our clients warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading/unloading shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role is vital in maintaining smooth logistics flow and supporting order fulfillment processes within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Location: Richmond, BC

Pay Rate: $18.25–$21 per hour

Shifts:

• Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Afternoon: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset
• VO collect experience is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading shipments safely and efficiently
• Sorting, organizing, and staging products
• Picking and packing orders
• Operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (if certified)
• Performing inventory checks and cycle counts
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed
