Order Picker Position at Spicers

Become a key player in Spicers Canada as a full-time Order Picker located in Richmond, British Columbia. Focus on picking accuracy in a safe and efficient work environment.

In this position, you will report to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager and draw from your 1-3 years’ experience in order picking.

Your role will include verifying orders, safely lifting products, and maintaining a clear and organized workspace. Strong communication skills and valid equipment certifications are necessary to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently organize pick sheets to streamline order picking

• Verify product orders and perform retrieval

• Safely wrap and stage completed orders

• Report shortages to supervisors promptly

• Conduct daily safety checks on warehouse equipment

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent education

• 1-3 years of relevant order picking experience

• Valid forklift and electric walkie certifications

• Punctual and reliable work ethic

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
