You will report directly to the Vice President of National Operations and take charge of receiving, inventory control, and delivery processes. By developing your team of associates and optimizing workflow, you will guarantee efficient service delivery while enforcing safety standards and operational excellence. Collaborate across departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all warehouse and distribution centre functions
• Drive team development for optimal performance
• Coordinate effective inventory management practices
• Monitor delivery performance using KPIs
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in warehouse management
• Knowledge of logistics and customer service practices
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience with operational reporting tools
• Certifications in WHMIS and TDG essential
