Randstad is looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to assist in daily operations at their Richmond location. The role requires physical labor including lifting and packing inventory while adhering to safety protocols. You will be responsible for unloading shipments, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate logs of inventory data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform physical general labor and inventory management
• Unload incoming shipments and stock shelves accurately
• Verify shipment details against packing slips
• Maintain logs and basic inventory documentation
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Requirements:
• Comfortably lift 40–50 lbs repeatedly
• Available for an 8-hour shift on your feet
• Good communication skills in English
• Punctual and reliable team player
• Steel-toed safety boots required
