Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate will support daily distribution centre operations, including receiving, picking, packing, building skids, moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe. This role is ideal for someone dependable, physically capable, safety-minded, and eager to become part of a strong warehouse team.

This workplace offers a structured environment, supportive leadership, clear expectations, and the opportunity to be considered for permanent hire after 480 hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, move, pick, pack, wrap, and prepare products and parts for branch replenishment throughout a large warehouse facility.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse paperwork to help verify inventory quantities and maintain accurate records.
- Mark pallets with identifying store information and build skids for shipping or internal movement.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other approved warehouse tools safely as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area through sweeping, garbage disposal, dusting, and spill cleanup.
- Follow all safety procedures and report any injury or incident immediately, no matter how minor.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18.50 to $19.50 per hour.
- Current assignment rate noted: $19.50 per hour.

Temp-to-hire.
- Eligible for hire after 480 hours.

- 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
