This full-time Shipping and Logistics Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations for FVSP, a family-owned British Columbia poultry company. The hands-on position involves order picking, pallet movement, shipping documentation, and order-management system updates. You will communicate with Order Desk, Sales, Production, and management teams while providing Order Desk backup when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, prepare, and stage customer orders before shipping cutoffs
Verify product codes, quantities, weights, and order details
Load, unload, and move products using approved equipment
Complete shipping, inventory, and transfer documentation
Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse areas
Requirements:
Previous shipping, warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience preferred
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer areas
Ability to perform physical warehouse duties safely
Bring shipping accuracy, inventory awareness, and warehouse coordination skills to support safe, timely customer orders at FVSP.
