As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Life Claims Support Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for the adjudication of life, terminal illness, long-term care, and waiver of premium claims, ensuring an efficient and accurate claims process.

Your Impact:

• Apply knowledge of various insurance carriers’ standards and guidelines when processing claims.
• Print, prepare, and send requests for claims forms, medical records, and other correspondence.
• Accurately enter new claims into the claims database.
• Monitor the progress of open claims, performing timely follow-ups on outstanding documents.
• Carefully review documents to confirm completeness and distinguish between original and copy submissions.
• Research and resolve return mail issues promptly. Navigate and work efficiently across multiple computer systems.
• Provide general administrative assistance to Claims Analysts.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of life insurance concepts.
• Proficiency with email (Outlook), database research, and accurate data entry/keyboard skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet competing deadlines effectively.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to maintain accuracy under pressure.
